Shipments and Returns

Shipping costs:  Products such as jewelry, decorations, accessories, etc. are sent within 2-3 working days from the order date in collaboration with the Courier company. When we deliver the products to the courier company, the customer receives an email with the tracking number. Delivery will be made to the address you have stated in your order. Orders are delivered daily except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Shipping times are 1-3 business days except for the islands and remote areas. MargaritaCreations.com is not responsible for any delays due to emergencies (strikes, natural disasters, etc.). You can always check the status of your order through your account. Courier will deliver products.

NOTE: If you are in a remote area (please check the relevant here: https://www.acscourier.net/el/search-location your order will be sent to the Post Office. In these cases the work is done by ELTA Company.
MargaritaCreations.com workshop will make a free shipping for all orders!
Shipping costs do not include charges for remote area.

Order cancellation

To cancel an order (full or partial) you will need to send an e-mail to MargaritaCreations@outlook.com.gr.
This option is provided to you when you know that your order has not been shipped yet. After this time you cannot cancel the order.

Withdrawal - Return

You have the right to return the products you purchased without penalty and you are not obliged to tell us why you want to return the product within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. In this case you only charge the direct cost of returning the goods. Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition as receipt, ie without the packaging being sealed or tampered with. To avoid your own inconvenience, it is recommended that you carefully check the delivery time of your order, the condition of the products and the packaging in order to identify any obvious defects (eg hit packaging, etc.). In case of refund and depending on how you chose to pay for your order and how to prepare the refund, the refund will be completed within 15 days from the date of receipt of the products.
